The great meme page @memetides recently shared this photo of a “what the heck moment” on Instagram and it instantly teleported me back to Bill’s weird world. According to the comments I wasn’t the only one.
How does one begin to explain Bill?
Well, he’s basically this anonymous figure that’s been doing a bit (?) on Facebook for well over a decade now. No one knows for sure if the character of Bill is actually an older Facebook gentleman or if it’s just someone who’s been very committed to the joke all of this time.
He’s been building this abstract concept of a company with accounts like BH Ideas + Tiny Buzz while posting statuses like “Replaced the back axle on my hog. Rollin clean now” and chatting with hundreds of other cosplayers leaving comments that usually include a “, Bill”
I don’t even remember how I discovered the strange world of Bill, BH Ideas, and Tiny Buzz. Maybe it was the Banana screenshot or the “viral” meme above, I’m not sure, I’m just happy to see he’s still at it all this time later.
