I don’t really listen to podcasts much, but I do follow a lot of podcast accounts online and Jokerman’s is unrivaled if you enjoy artists such as Bob Dylan, Lou Reed, John Cale, Silver Jews, Scott Walker, Jonathan Richman, and The Fall.
I think part of their thing is digging into oddities from iconic discographies such as late career gems, strange collaborations, tangents in a new sound, etc, which I love.
So it makes sense that their Instagram and Twitter are basically that concept applied to images. There’s a good one of John Cale and Lou Reed dressed up as Batman and Robin but I can’t find it right now.
