😴 The Tyler 20 ™️
The Tyler 20™️ is my cure for the dreaded mid-day fog.
I don’t know about you, but my brain stops working between 1pm & 5pm. It’s like I’m an old man, but do you know any old guys named Tyler? Maybe I’ll be the first if I ever get old. We’ll see.
Okay, so for the Tyler 20™️ you’re going to lay down, fully clothed, on a couch or on top of your bed, but don’t get under a blanket (this is important). Extra credit if you wear an eye mask and a pair of Airpod Max headphones with noise cancelling on.
Set an alarm for exactly twenty minutes into the future because you’re about to time travel. Just keep your eyes closed and day dream the whole time. If you drift off, that’s cool, but if you don’t that’s cool too. It’s just important that you rest your eyes just like Dad, you’ll feel much better.
You can also sleep the alarm exactly once if needed— although this is getting to Tyler 30™️ territory and that’s a topic for another day.
